Quick Post for a Quick Finisher.

That picture has been floating around Pinterest for some time now, but every time I see it I giggle. Never fails. Hope it gives you a little laugh.

I just wanted to share with you a little finisher I completed after my run today (2 miles, if you would like to know. I will probably go for a longer run later in the week and get some speed work in at some point. Stay tuned.)

Quick, Full-body Finisher

As quickly as possible, do a set of each exercise at the specified number of reps:

TIME YOURSELF!

10 push ups, sit ups, body weight squats

8 push ups, sit ups, body weight squats

6 push ups, sit ups, body weight squats

4 push ups, sit ups, body weight squats

2 push ups, sit ups, body weight squats

By the end of this finisher you will have banged out 30 push ups, 30 sit ups, and 30 body weight squats. It took me about 2:40 to complete it. It may not seem like too much, but after a run, it definitely burns and it is a great way to get a little strength training in on the fly.  Want a little more? Try starting at 16 and going all the way down to 2 (I am going to try this next time).

How fast can you get it done?
